Welcome to VoyVoy ("Website" and "Services"), operated by VOYAGE UNIVERSE PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore with its registered address at 33 UBI AVENUE 3 #07-37 VERTEX SINGAPORE (408868).

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the Company regarding your use of our Website at https://www.voyvoy.online and our BBPS recharge and bill payment services.

1. Definitions

• "BBPS" means Bharat Bill Payment System, an integrated bill payment system regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
• "UPI" means Unified Payments Interface, a real-time payment system developed by the National Payments Corporation of India.
• "Services" means the BBPS bill payment and recharge services provided through our Website.
• "Biller" means any entity (utility provider, telecom operator, etc.) whose bills can be paid through BBPS.
• "Transaction" means a single bill payment or recharge processed through our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Have a valid UPI account linked to an Indian bank account;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under any applicable law.

3. Services

3.1 Scope of Services

We provide a platform that enables users to pay bills and make recharges for various services in India through the BBPS network, including but not limited to:

• Mobile prepaid and postpaid recharges;
• Electricity, gas, and water bill payments;
• DTH and broadband bill payments;
• Insurance premium payments;
• Municipal and property tax payments;
• Other BBPS-supported bill categories.

3.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability of our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, system upgrades, or due to factors beyond our control.

3.3 No Registration Required

Our Services do not require user registration or account creation. You may use our Services by providing the necessary transaction details and completing payment via UPI.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Method

All payments must be made via UPI from a valid Indian bank account. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or any other payment method unless explicitly stated.

4.2 Transaction Processing

• Transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR);
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your UPI-linked bank account;
• A convenience fee may be charged per transaction, which will be clearly displayed before confirmation;
• Once a transaction is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be reversed by the User.

4.3 Transaction Limits

Transaction amounts are subject to limits set by BBPS, individual billers, and UPI transaction limits set by your bank. We reserve the right to impose additional limits as necessary.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all transactions (biller account numbers, mobile numbers, etc.);
• Verify all details before confirming a transaction;
• Be solely responsible for transactions made using your UPI credentials;
• Not use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose;
• Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our systems or services;
• Comply with all applicable laws in Singapore and India.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information provided for a transaction, including but not limited to biller account numbers, mobile numbers, and payment amounts. We are not liable for:

• Payments made to incorrect accounts due to user error;
• Failed transactions due to incorrect information provided by the user;
• Any consequences arising from inaccurate data entry.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted from your account but the transaction fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your bank account within 3-5 business days by your bank/UPI provider.

7.2 Wrong Transactions

If you have made a payment to an incorrect account number or for an incorrect service, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in recovering the funds. However, we cannot guarantee recovery and are not liable for such errors.

7.3 Refund Requests

For any refund-related queries, please contact us at cs@voyvoy.online within 48 hours of the transaction with your transaction reference number.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of VOYAGE UNIVERSE PTE. LTD. or its licensors and is protected by Singapore and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our Website without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services;
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim;
• We are not responsible for any delays or failures in transaction processing caused by BBPS, billers, banks, UPI infrastructure, or third-party payment processors;
• We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your UPI credentials or bank account.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOYAGE UNIVERSE PTE. LTD., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable laws;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• That the results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable;
• That any errors in our Services will be corrected;
• That our Services are fit for a particular purpose.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, strikes, internet outages, or failures of third-party systems (including BBPS, UPI, and banking infrastructure).

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms;
• Discontinue our Services or any part thereof at any time with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on our Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by:

• First, through good faith negotiation between the parties within 30 days of written notice of the dispute;
• If unresolved, through mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre in accordance with its Mediation Procedure;
• If still unresolved, by the courts of the Republic of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Third-Party Rights

A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any term of these Terms.
